Date & Time: 30th  6.30 - 10PM

The theme is Mexican. The usual format, Welcome drink - A  Margarita.  Tequila, Triple Sec and Lime juice served in a salted rim glass.

Starter:  
Cheesy Corn Poppers. Sweetcorn Bites, served with a Salsa 
 

Main: 
Smoked Brisket beef Chilli with rice ( This is a dish i'm dying to share with you) Its a beef brisket joint, in a rub and marinated for 24 hours. Cooked in the smoker for 8 hours. 
Then the Chilli con Carné is formed. 
Prepared and left to simmer for a further four hours with Coffee, Chipotle Chilli's, Vegetables and a Tomato sauce. Its a winner I promise.

Sweet:  
Tres Leches Cake -  (Three milks cake, baked one the premises and served with Cream and a Coulis

End the night with a Carajillo (an after dinner Mexican coffee and our favourite Spanish Licor 43)
